Pango PG2K400 Kosmo-2 SoPC FPGA Development Board ADK-K401
The ADK-K401 is a Kosmo-2 FPGA + ARM heterogeneous development platform built around the Pango PG2K400-6IFFBGM676 SoPC, which integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1 GHz with FPGA programmable logic, DSP and high-speed interconnect on a single chip. The core board carries 2GB of DDR4 on the PU side and 2GB of DDR4 on the PA side, 8GB of eMMC flash, 32MB of OSPI flash and 16MB of QSPI flash, and its 8x 12.5 Gbps HSST transceivers support PCIe Gen3 x8. The expansion board provides an FMC HPC interface (selected FMC cards supported), HDMI output, Gigabit Ethernet, two CAN buses, MIPI D-PHY camera interfaces and a 40-pin FPC LVDS display interface. Typical applications include security monitoring, automotive electronics, machine vision, intelligent manufacturing, video and audio capture and processing, medical equipment, instrumentation, smart grids and data centers.
