Pango PG2K400 Kosmo-2 SoPC FPGA Development Board ADK-402
The ADK-402 is a Kosmo-2 FPGA + ARM heterogeneous development platform built around the Pango PG2K400-6IFFBG676 SoPC, which integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1 GHz with FPGA programmable logic, DSP and high-speed interconnect on a single chip. It carries 1GB of DDR3 on the PU side and 1GB of DDR3 on the PA side, 8GB of eMMC flash, 32MB of OSPI flash and 16MB of QSPI flash, and its 8x 12.5 Gbps HSST transceivers support PCIe Gen3 x8. The expansion board provides an FMC HPC interface, HDMI output, Gigabit Ethernet, two CAN buses and a 40-pin FPC LVDS display interface. Typical applications include security monitoring, automotive electronics, machine vision, intelligent manufacturing, video and audio capture and processing, medical equipment, instrumentation, smart grids and data centers.
