The ADK-400 is a Kosmo-2 SoPC core board built around the Pango PG2K400-6IFFBG676 device, which integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor (PU) running at 1 GHz with FPGA programmable logic (PA) on a single chip. It carries 1GB of DDR3 on the PU side and 1GB of DDR3 on the PA side, 8GB of eMMC flash, 32MB of OSPI flash and 16MB of QSPI flash, and supports PCIe Gen3 x8 through its 8x 12.5 Gbps HSST transceivers. Typical applications include security monitoring, automotive electronics, machine vision, intelligent manufacturing, video and audio capture and processing, medical equipment, instrumentation, smart grids and data centers.
