The ADK-1224 is a dual QSFP+ 40G fiber-optic transceiver card in the FMC form factor. Each of its two QSFP+ interfaces integrates four transmit and four receive channels at up to 10 Gbps per channel, giving a transmission rate of up to 40 Gbps per interface. The QSFP+ signals connect through the FMC HPC connector directly to the FPGA transceivers - the four fiber TX lanes via the FMC C2M pins and the four RX lanes via the FMC M2C pins. Onboard 156.25 MHz and 125 MHz crystal oscillators provide the reference clocks, and level-conversion chips handle the QSFP+ control and I2C signals.
