The ADK-U7EVC is an FPGA core board (system on module) built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU7EV MPSoC (XCZU7EV-2FFVC1156I), a heterogeneous platform combining a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core ARM Cortex-R5F real-time processor, a Mali-400 MP2 GPU and an H.264/H.265 video codec unit with 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic. It carries 4GB of PS DDR4 and 4GB of PL DDR4 plus 32GB of eMMC, supports the Xilinx Vitis-AI DPU, and suits multimedia, automotive ADAS, surveillance, AI, cloud computing, high-speed data exchange and storage, and embedded vision applications.
