AMD Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU5EV MPSoC FPGA Core Board ADK-5EV

The ADK-5EV is a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC core board built around the AMD Xilinx XCZU5EV-2SFVC784I, which combines a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor and a dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor with a Mali-400 MP2 GPU, 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic and an integrated H.264/H.265 video codec unit capable of simultaneous encode and decode up to 4Kx2K at 60fps. The board carries 4GB of 64-bit DDR4 on the PS side, 8GB of eMMC Flash and 32MB of QSPI Flash, connects to the carrier through stamp-hole (castellation) contacts, and measures 70mm x 50mm. Reference designs, schematics, PCB layout (PDF) and package files are provided to shorten secondary development.
