AMD Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU3EG MPSoC FPGA Core Board ADK-3EG

The ADK-3EG is a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC core board of the M series, built around the AMD Xilinx XCZU3EG-1SFVC7841, which combines a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor and a dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor with a Mali-400 MP2 GPU and 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic, with video codec capability up to 4Kx2K at 60fps. It suits multimedia, automotive ADAS, surveillance, AI, cloud computing, high-speed data exchange and storage, and embedded vision applications. The board carries 4GB of 64-bit DDR4 on the PS side, 8GB of eMMC Flash and 32MB of QSPI Flash, connects to the carrier through stamp-hole (castellation) contacts, and measures 70mm x 50mm. Schematics, PCB layout (PDF), package files and reference designs are provided to shorten secondary development.
