The ADK-U2CGB-E is an FPGA development board in a core-board plus carrier-board design, built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU2CG (XCZU2CG-1SFVC784E) with a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 at 1.2 GHz and a dual-core Cortex-R5 at 500 MHz. The core board carries 2GB of PS-side DDR4, 8GB of eMMC and 32MB of QSPI Flash, while the carrier brings out a Mini DisplayPort output at up to 4K@30Hz, an NVMe M.2 slot, a MIPI camera connector, four USB 3.0 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two CAN and two RS485 interfaces and two 40-pin expansion ports. It supports the Xilinx Vitis-AI DPU and suits network communication, high-speed data exchange and storage, industrial control, deep learning and 4K video transmission and processing.
