The ADK-U2CG is an FPGA core board (system on module) built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU2CG (XCZU2CG-1SFVC784E), combining a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor at 1.2 GHz and a dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor at 500 MHz with 103K logic cells of programmable logic. It carries 2GB of PS-side DDR4 on a 64-bit bus, 8GB of eMMC Flash and 32MB of QSPI Flash, brings out its I/O on four 120-pin board-to-board connectors, and supports the Xilinx Vitis-AI DPU, suiting intelligent recognition and detection, image and video processing, security monitoring, machine vision and the Internet of Things.
