The ADK-U15EG is a high-end FPGA core board (system-on-module) built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU15EG, combining a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5 real-time processor and a Mali-400 MP2 GPU with 747K logic cells and 3,528 DSP slices. It carries 6GB of DDR4 memory (4GB on the processing system side and 2GB on the programmable logic side), 32GB eMMC Flash and 64MB QSPI Flash, and targets applications such as 5G wireless infrastructure, high-speed data exchange and storage, industrial control, AI, cloud computing, 4K video transmission and processing, and aerospace. The board also supports the Xilinx Vitis AI DPU.
The core board connects to a carrier board through its 4 x 120-pin board-to-board connectors, which also supply its 12V power input. This listing is for the core board (SoC module) alone; the matching development board is sold separately.
