The ADK-U11EG is an FPGA core board (system-on-module) built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU11EG, combining a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5F real-time processor and a Mali-400 MP2 GPU with 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic (653K logic cells, 2,928 DSP slices) on one heterogeneous platform that also supports the Xilinx Vitis-AI DPU. It carries 8GB of DDR4 memory (4GB on the processing system side and 4GB on the programmable logic side), 32GB eMMC Flash and 64MB QSPI Flash, and is aimed at multimedia, automotive ADAS, surveillance, AI, cloud computing, high-speed data exchange and storage, and other embedded vision applications.
The core board connects to a carrier board through its 4 x 120-pin board-to-board connectors and takes a 12V power input. This listing is for the core board (SoC module) alone; the matching Z11-P development board is sold separately.
