The ADK-U3EG-F is an FPGA development board built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU3EG-SFVC784I. The device combines a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor, a dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 real-time processor and an ARM Mali-400 MP2 GPU with 154K logic cells of 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic and 360 DSP slices. The board carries 4GB of DDR4 memory, 8GB eMMC and 32MB QSPI flash, and provides an M.2 slot, 4K DisplayPort output, an FMC LPC expansion connector, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 and two MIPI camera interfaces on a 165mm x 125mm board powered from 12V.
