AMD Xilinx Zynq-7000 XC7Z020 SoC FPGA Core Board ADK-7Z020
The ADK-7Z020 is a Zynq-7000 SoC FPGA core board (system-on-module) built around the AMD Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC (header: XA7Z020 / XC7Z020; specification: XA7Z020-1CLG400I / XC7Z020-2CLG400I), combining a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with programmable logic in an ultra-compact 35mm x 42mm module. It carries 1GB of DDR3 and 32MB of QSPI Flash, uses industrial-grade chips rated for -40°C to +85°C, and suits high-speed data communication, video, audio and image acquisition and processing, high-speed data acquisition, machine vision and motion control. Schematics, PCB structure drawings, package files and reference designs are provided to shorten secondary development.
