The ADK-7Z010 is a Zynq-7000 SoC FPGA core board (system-on-module) built around the AMD Xilinx XC7Z010-1CLG400I, combining a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with programmable logic in an ultra-compact 35mm x 42mm module. It carries 512MB of DDR3 and 32MB of QSPI Flash, uses industrial-grade chips rated for -40°C to +85°C, and suits high-speed data communication, video, audio and image acquisition and processing, high-speed data acquisition, machine vision and motion control. Schematics, PCB structure drawings, package files and reference designs are provided to shorten secondary development.
