AMD Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P FPGA Development Board ADK-KU15
AMD Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P FPGA Development Board ADK-KU15
The ADK-KU15 is a high-end FPGA development board built around the AMD Xilinx Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P, pairing the ACKU15 core board with an expansion board. The expansion board integrates a PCIe 3.0 x16 interface, 100G optical fibre interfaces, FMC HPC expansion, MIPI Lane x4 camera inputs and Gigabit Ethernet, while the core board carries a 16 nm Kintex UltraScale+ device with 10GB of DDR4 memory and 128MB of QSPI Flash.
Eight high-speed transceivers connect to the FMC HPC interface’s dedicated high-speed pins, so FMC daughter cards such as HDMI input/output modules, high-speed AD modules, SDI input/output modules, optical fibre modules, binocular camera modules, Cameralink and GMSL camera modules can be attached for free expansion and high-speed transmission. The board suits network communications, data centre network and storage acceleration, medical imaging, industrial automation, video and image processing, the Internet of Things, semiconductor ATE and machine vision.
